A pokud u\u017e pak j\u00edme a pijeme, nejednou se omezujeme sp\u00ed\u0161e jenom na \u201epo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo\u201c, tedy na n\u011bco t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho, tu\u010dn\u00e9ho a sladk\u00e9ho. Proto\u017ee pod\u00edvejme se dob\u0159e na etikety, co se nejednou skr\u00fdv\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b za t\u00edm, co za maso b\u011b\u017en\u011b pova\u017eujeme! Kolikr\u00e1t jsou to sp\u00ed\u0161e jenom od\u0159ezky zkombinovan\u00e9 s n\u00e1hra\u017ekami! Zkr\u00e1tka j\u00edme nezdrav\u011b. Jde n\u00e1m hlavn\u011b o to, nacpat si n\u00e1cka, a v\u0161e ostatn\u00ed je nepodstatn\u00e9. V\u0161ak my u\u017e to n\u011bjak p\u0159e\u017eijeme, pro n\u011bjak\u00e9 ty chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed  se sv\u011bt nezbo\u0159\u00ed. Co \u017ee n\u00e1m p\u0159eb\u00fdv\u00e1 a co naopak sch\u00e1z\u00ed? K ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm slo\u017ek\u00e1m na\u0161\u00ed strany pr\u00fd pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm: 1) \u010dokol\u00e1da 2) cukr 3) tu\u010dn\u00e1 j\u00eddla bez rozd\u00edlu 4) chipsy a pra\u017een\u00e9 solen\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky 5) a mnoh\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed Tyto v\u011bci bychom m\u011bli omezovat a v\u00edce si dop\u0159\u00e1vat ovoce, zeleninu, vejce a v\u00fdrobky z nich. Proto\u017ee toto jsou pr\u00fd nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti na\u0161\u00ed pestr\u00e9 stravy, je\u017e jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a pot\u0159ebn\u00e9. A mus\u00edme si pr\u00fd tak\u00e9 d\u00e1vat pozor na slo\u017een\u00ed l\u00e1tek, vitam\u00edn\u016f, miner\u00e1l\u016f i celkov\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed Ovoce bychom pr\u00fd m\u011bli j\u00edst denn\u011b, nikoliv ale v dob\u011b p\u0159ed odchodem na l\u016f\u017eko. Proto\u017ee jsou v n\u011bm cukry a ty bychom si ulo\u017eili v t\u011ble jako tuk. Jinak bychom ho ale m\u011bli se zeleninou j\u00edst, abychom m\u011bli vitam\u00edny, miner\u00e1ly a vl\u00e1kninu, je\u017e prosp\u00edv\u00e1 tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a zah\u00e1n\u00ed chu\u0165 na sladkosti. A ve stejn\u00e9m duchu bychom m\u011bli vy\u017eivovat i na\u0161e d\u011bti. M\u011bli bychom je sice nechat i mlsat, ale jen m\u00e1lo a ne p\u0159ed span\u00edm. M\u011bli bychom, ale ne\u010din\u00edme tak. Proto\u017ee zn\u00e1te to.
